PSA Shipping Refunds question??

I got this from the home page....
For the next 90 days, if you submit collectibles using an old submission form, we will automatically calculate any refund due you and reimburse you for the difference. We have ordered new forms and expect them to arrive within the next few days. Please be sure to discard your old forms.
I just received two subs back from them, however, I had no reimbursement.......am I supposed to call and ask for it?

On second thought, I guess the refunds assure them that you'll come back with more business...
<< <i>wow... It went down??? I never read those announcements cause I always figured the rate was going up. I'm not sure why they need to spend the money on paper and effort to issue a refund when they can just as easily adjust the amount when they receive it.

It's more a bookkeeping issue. When they receive your payment, especially if you pay by a mean other than CC, they have to record and deposit the money before they lose it.
When they are ready to ship, then they know what to refund and can do so.
