I realize that the '72 OPC CFL set is not really popular. However, it is the last CFL set that OPC produced and makes an excellent companion piece to the '72 Topps NFL issue. Finding these cards in well-centered high grade is very challenging. This sub was particularly rewarding because all three are now the highest graded examples of each respective card. #14 George previously had (1) 7 and (2) 8OC as the best. The other two (#72 Shirk/#85 Baker) now tie the highest with a population of two. I've gone through at least half-dozen raw Ed George cards (CFL HOF'er and former Colt/Eagle) before I lucked into this one.
Anyway, these 3 upgrades will add a total of 6 points to my set. Points there are hard to come by, since each card in the 132-card set carries a weight of 1.00.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
