Was this really worth the time?

1971 topps set

Its great that he did this but this is a really large set. Props to him.

  • I guess its a lot better than most sellers who only put up one or 2 cards. Lotta work, I hope it pays off for him with a big sale.

    Every high end vintage set I sell has 70-100 scans. I found that showing exactly what you are getting not only raises the price you realize by 1.5 -2x, it also reduces the risk of having an unhappy buyer. I've sold 5 sets for over $2500 and each one made me at least $800 and all of the buyers were happy.

    Yeah I know it does, But this set isnt 2500 and its bigger than most sets. Thats all i was saying. Good for him but damn.

    Is $957 a good price for a complete 71 set? Seems cheap to me.
