Any luck getting PSA to review before shipping out?

Has anyone had any experience with trying to get PSA to review their assigned grade to any particular card/cards before they ship them back to you?
I have some vintage golf cards that should be popping any day. Assuming the cards are authentic and unaltered which I strongly belive they are, they should be some of the highest grades given to these cards. I say this based on the grades given to like cards pictured under the set's current registry leaders. However, I am prepared for the worst based on many PSA blunders in the past -------- usually my own fault.
So, would it do me any good asking someone to compare the photos of previously graded cards and explain why mine would have gotten a lower grade?
Thanks for any insight, Tom
p.s I am a naturally very optimistic person. However, PSA has a habit of messing with nature.
