The grade of a financially marginal/dying company isn't trustworthy. Such a company is apt to cut corners and perhaps artificially inflate ratings for confederates.
$215 looks like a reasonable price for both buyer and seller, btw.

Since he just bought it last month for $300, really don't think $215 was a good deal for him.
Other than multiple CU ID's, this dude always buys a card just to put it back on eBay trying to flip it or cross it over to another company and always loses money.
