Does the discount apply only to BINs, or does it also include BO's??

    If you want to use BING and can communicate with the seller and agree on a price, ask them to list it as a BIN and execute the BING discount on the new BIN price to get your 8% discount. Some sellers will do this, some won't... Good luck.

    I communicated with a seller and asked for him to do a BIN and he acted like I asked him to sell his wife to me. He was very rude, but he gave me a discount so he didn't have to list it again.
