2007 or 2009 Bowman... what should I buy?

I think I have decided to buy a Hobby box of either 2007 or 2009 Bowman. The boxes are roughly the same price. Which should I go with? The 2007 set is almost double the value of the 2009 set, but with the yet unproven prospects in the 2009 set, maybe that has more potential to increase in price?

I recently got 2 blaster boxes of the 2009 Bowman Baseball cards. I had some old gift cards to spend at a Toys R Us. They had no Bowman Draft Picks and Prospects, Topps Heritage or Allen and Ginter. Did I do well? I am not going to open them because I think they will be more valuable factory sealed.
