Submitting at a show... can I get the card back THAT day?

Has anyone ever submitted a card AT a show to PSA and been able to get it back "slabbed" that day? Do they offer this service, and does anyone have an idea what that approx. price is?

I have a really nice card that I want to slab... but by the time I pay the current $14 for 5-day turn-around (the declared value of this card will be in the $250 range) and shipping back and forth... I'm looking at $35 just to get it graded AND take approx 3 weeks to have back!

SO... if PSA offered an on-site grading service some something like... $50-ish a card???... it'd be well worth it to me. I wouldn't care if it took all day, just as long as I could get it before I headed home.

I'll be at the Sun Times show on the 20th, and I know PSA will be there... hence my question.

Yes, they do... the $50 price you mentioned is about accurate. They typically have a show special though. Might want to email them to see if they'll have any special pricing for the Sun Times show. I've done it a couple times with PSA at the National or the Sun Times/Sportsfest shows in Chicago.

We do not require membership for onsite services.

The rate starts at $35 per card for cards valued under $2000. This is show service.
Show service means that the order will be done at the end of the show not the end of the day. Could it be done by the end of the day? Yes but there is no guarantee, it depends on the volume ahead of you.

2 hour service starts at $60 per card. That will have the card back to you that day.

We do not offer service for all cards at a show due to holder limitations.

In March we will be offering service for cards that utilize our regular and tall boy holders.

Edit to add:

Neither customer service nor I can tell you how long show service may take until we are at the show and know the current turnaround times and if you are told 6-8 hours, that is not a guarantee. If we get a lot of 2 hour service that will slow down show service.
I can tell you that National has run 24 - 36 hours for show service for the past few years.

Yes, we can crossovers and reviews at a show.
