Does Colin Cooke coins entertain offers?

Has anyone here made an offer for a coin on Colin Cooke's website for less than the price listed? If so, was the offer accepted? There is a coin I'm interested in but I think the price is high. Do they consider counteroffers?

Yes, in my experience they will and have done so in the past; even trades are considered. Off course they are in business to make money so no giveaways.

Lemme guess: 1958 VIP proof halfpenny, right? image

That might raise the price further. image

    Good guess there Chelsea boy.

Do you think 15% off their price is too much to ask for?

Nope, they have had it for a while and that would be pushing it slightly (might recommend 10%). I am NOT affiliated with them, however.

If Colin Cooke is market aware, I'm sure he appreciates the nice comments about him
    on the PCGS forum.
It would be a good thing if he knew we were discussing him,
    his discounts, and possible sales.
    Good exposure, right?image
