Program to make a copy of eBay listings?

I don't use the auction programs. I have always, done the coding in wordpad and just saved my listings and re-edit them for future listings. So if I am listing a Wade Boggs PSA 10, I just search the file Boggs, pull up a PSA 10 and edit the card title/number, PSA #. My current saved files, a flash drive, was wiped out yesterday. Or like 98% was. I am sure there is a simple perhaps free program I can use to grab all my current listings...could someone help point out one?
I usually always have everything backed up in externals, but that was wiped out a few weeks ago by a friend's kid. Who kept kicking it till it fell over....multiple times.
