Yes. There are tamper-evident stickers around the cube. You get to be of a wrist-twisting artist to get the signature to display properly if it moves in shipping. After a while, even I got the hang of it.

I think it actually depends on the submission and service level. Many of the items ARE NOT sealed. I believe the PSA cube comes into play at the $50 and over level and only for balls that are graded... But then again, I've only had mine authenticated and the higher value submissions have come back in an "unsealed" PSA cube. The only sealed cubes I've seen have been graded balls.
That is my understand as well Scott. Graded balls are sealed others are not. The cubes are UV protecting and all that. Much nicer then the normal cubes.
