Laurent, this is the official Royal Mint coronation medal (Fearon-289.1 / Pistrucci / 2209 struck).
First? Probably, but private medalists may have slipped in a few other renditions before the BRM struck this design......Pistrucci was known for being a bit slow at times.

Here's some of my miserable attempts. The center of that medal (reverse) is a pure, untoned mirror which is well nigh impossible to pick up.
