Did the Topps Heritage All-Star subset come in refractor form in 2007, 2008 or 2009? What about the Baseball Thrills subset?

If so, does anyone have any in need of a good home?

well, in 2007 there were a handful of allstars (~5) in the chrome/refractor sets.
