What would you buy?

What would you buy if you wanted to pull some Derek Jeter and Albert Pujols rookies?

I'm not looking for the $500 a box stuff but some mid dollar items with the chance of pulling some PSA 10's with some value. Maybe $100 cards in PSA 10.

I'm looking to put them aside for my two kids. They DON"T like hockey as of yet image
Trying to climb the 1954-55 Topps Hockey ladder for the second time.

    1993 Upper Deck is a cheap rip for Jeter. Tough 10 to get but 10's sell for over $100.

    I would skip the box and just buy the PSA 10 Jeter rookie that you can afford. That way you are not left with junk you do not want and you are guaranteed a PSA 10 rookie for the price range that you set.

    Found 93 Bowman on BBCE, would that be a better chance?

    Your right.

    93 UD is really cheap, maybe buy a box just to rip and pick up a middle of the line PSA 10 rookie.

    i would also skip the box and buy a nice card, as a matter of fact, why don't you also skip Jeter and just buy Pujols. image

    Just bought a box of 1993 Bowman Jumbo and did not even get a Jeter. That is a tough pull and the centering is all over the place. I like the 1993 Upper Deck or the 1993 Pinnacle if you can find it. I pulled two 9's out of my last box of Pinnacle. That is a great looking card that even the 9's sell for good money. 10's are difficult on most of the Jeter's unfortunately. If you are set on a 10 buy it already graded. If you like the thrill of the chase buy a couple boxes.

    The 1993 Select Jeter RC is the least Gem Minted. Upper Deck is second. Try for boxes of these.

    a PSA 10 UD Jeter rc is a hard pull. You are probably better off buying one.
