Good luck, Roman! I'm also playing the waiting game and with the same trepidation.

I'm still waiting to save enough money for my own submission, so you are way ahead of me! Every time I come close, I find something else I want to buy. image So I'm now waiting for the 1918-S Centavo I purchased from jetblack740il

Good luck on your submission, and hopefully you can find some photos for us to guess the grade before they get back. image

I'm shooting for XF grades on '27 Go and '25 Zs and an AU grade on the '42 Zs. I'm worried because I think '42 was dipped some time ago and just now starting to re-tone (luster lacking) and both '27 and '25 might be an old cleaning job. We'll see what the graders have to say...

The only photo i could find was of the '42:

The order has been sitting in "Quality Control" for a few days. I gave them a call and they said they can't release the grades until the package is finalized and shipped. To which I asked "What if something didn't grade and I wanted to re-route them to NCS?" To which she hesitated (because the request actually makes sense) and told me that "all of them graded" and that the grades will be posted in the next few days.

    E - X - C - I - T - I - N - G !!!!

Grades posted - completely in-line with what I thought they should grade! Except this time around someone else agreed image

    I'm happy image

I was hoping for an AU on that 1842, but didn't know if NGC would BB it for potentially being dipped some time ago. 1863 is very colorful and the Lima piece was just a filler for the order. XF grades on the other 3 pieces are also pretty exciting.

All 6 are definitely getting added to my "8 Reales Madness" set.

Nice work Roman. Do you collect these by date and mm? It seems like a Herculean task.

I'd like to see a photo of the 1863 Mo TH when you get them back.

Dimitri, I am yet to figure that out myself. I think that the final result is the date-mint mark-variety set of all 8 Reales ever produced. It should keep me occupied for a while image
