30 card submission ?

I have from time to time sent in 1 or 2 cards, I now want to send in a 30 card bulk lot. Do I understand correctly that the current cost for between 10 and 49 cards is $10 each? Does PSA offer any discounts from time to time, or should I just pop for the $300 and be done with it?
