Today I attempted(6 times) to print a medium flat rate label so I could avoid the line at the PO. I kept gettin an error but there's 6 pending charges of $10.20 on my bank account. Yesterday, I had problems also but I think it was mostly due to my Zone Alarm security/firewall settings. Anyway, I was charged $4.85 five different times yesterday to print 2 labels and these charges went through today so I had to request refunds for the 3 lables I didn't print and it could take 10-14 days. Hopefully those 6 pending charges from today won't go through. I went through live chat and it wasn't much of a help. They just said they were experiencing problems today and I'd have to try back later or go to the post office(to stand in line and pay more). That's my rant for the day.
