I have a tight budget for the following High #'s and few commons/Stars for the hard to build 1961 Topps Baseball set. I am searching for EX/NMNT or better, I don't want to pay book, we all know about the internet auction sites and taking our time bidding, I just want a bulk buy at a fair discount. quite a few high numbers sell quite well raw in Exmint/nr mint. good luck tracking down what you need.
You might want to try the B/S/T forum, there folks go to buy, trade and sell.
You may have better luck.
