Is anyone familiar with this company and whether or not they are legitimite? I bought a few 10oz bars on eBay, and on my scale they weighed 11 oz each! All are marked .999.

    I'm not familiar with the company, but you are probably not measuring troy ounces.

    10 ounce [troy] = 10.971 428 571 ounces avoirdupois (common ounce)

    This would explain the 11 ounces.
