Need Postal Help How Am I being Scammed???

Evening,
E-Bay buyer buys 6 items from store, total $48.00, name Ping Yu, sends E-Mail asks me to send to address in China. I say no, Post here, am advised to cancel transactions. If I do I end up with 6 Negs, Call E-Bay they say I am obligated to send to address attached to Paypal, US address. So I again send E-Mail, I am sending to US Paypal address Period. Send with Delivery Confirmation.
Three weeks go by, I figure I am in the clear. Today I get two e-mails: Where is my crap with threats!
Dig out Green DC slip look it up and lo and behold it is telling me it went from me in Colorado to Gaithersburg MD (Destination) on the 29th Jan/Feb 1st.....And then nothing!
Snowstorm? Scam? Huh? 15 days from arrival in a City to a House in the same City?
Am I getting paranoid after the dozens of A#$$wipes I have to deal with on Fee-bay lately.

    Neil , I don't live far from there ( sorta) but we've been hit with over 50 inches of snow in the last 10 days. It may play a part. There are MANY small streets that haven't been plowed at all. In our area , if your sidewalk isn't clearded, NO MAIL.

    Gaithersburg is 15min. from me and like the above post said, we had a record setting amount of snow for our state. Some side streets and neighborhoods aren't even plowed yet from over a week ago. It's possible that the mail delivery person can't even get to the mailbox as some are covered in snow piles, and others have gotten taken out with plows also.

    Neil - Gaithersburg is a sorting facility, they get all the mail for the area and then sort it and it gets routed to each individual office. We have one just a couple miles from my house.

    When bad weather happens like they got there, stuff gets absolutely packed in, and when the roads get cleared they start getting it out. But because of the way it got packed in, last in is first out. Your stuff might be destined for a delivery a mile away but still might not get out the door for a couple more days.

    I got a priority mail package yesterday that sat in Gaithersburg for 8 days recently. It got there on the 5th so they're probably a day or 2 from getting yours out.
