Grade opinions please (Grades In)

I would sure like to get atleast a 7 on the Deacon Jones Rc, I really have no clue how they would grade the Billy Shaw Rc though.
Any opinions?

    The Jones looks really nice. I would say a strong 7 or better on a good day. Centering is fantastic. Bottom corners look great and top corners show slight wear but the card is super blown up. It wouldn't look out of place in an 8 holder in my opinion and if it's not too much a pain you might want to resub it if you don't get it at first. Tiny fisheye print bubble on the left next to his elbow in the green border probably costs you a little but probably not too much. The centering on the Shaw is going to hurt it. I couldn't say what the grade would be. Not much experience there. Looks great other than that though. Best of luck.

    7.5 on the Dave "Deacon" Jones
    PSA 6 (OC) on the Billy Shaw -- it's just too far off to give it a straight PSA 5, but then again . . .

    The Shaw may get an MC because it is way OC in both directions with a very slight tilt.

    Thanks alot for all the opinions
    Both were picked up pretty cheap at a monthly card show near me. I've never seen a Shaw Rc at one of the show's so I just had to grab it even with the centering so off. I wasn't sure if PSA would give it a oc or a mc qualifier.

    Grades just came up on the site, figured it would only be right to update the thread

    Deacon Jones Rc PSA 7 I was hoping for the 7.5, but I'm happy with the 7
    Billy Shaw Rc 9oc I was very suprised and happy this went up to a 9oc, even though in hand it looked real clean and crisp

    Nice - I would take 7's like the Jones any day.

    Agreed. If that's a 7, who needs an 8. Congrats on the pickup.
