I need a little help on a Canadian Gold Maple Leaf

Need to know the premium, if any for a 1 ounce gold proof commemorative issue, 1979-1989, Elizabeth II on the obverse and Maple leaf reverse. Certificate says 15, 000 issued. Has original wood box and packaging. Took it to 2 dealers and they said don't know anything about it but would pay 50.00 over spot for it. Thanks in advance for any info!!!!-------BigE
