Top/Bottom Centering on this one, opinions please?

I pulled this card today and am considering subbing it -- corners, edges, L/R all look good to me. Any opinions on T/B -- It's a newer issue (obviously) and anything short of a 10 would probably not be worth it. A 10 would probably make it very worthwhile. Even 4 or 5 cracks and resubs would still make it worthwhile.

I also understand it's about the card, not the number on the case. However, in that there are plenty of people who pay for the case...
<< <i>FWIW, I've measured it dead on at 55/45 top bottom (54.6/45.4) and dead on 50/50 L/R >>
I measured it as well and come up with the EXACT same measurements. GOOD LUCK!
PS I don't buy much modern. What box does that come from? What does it sell for in a "10"?

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
Good luck if you submit.

Might be a 9.
NO way to know w/o sending it in.

Comes from 2006 Topps '52 Rookies. It's a 207:1 shot at a Gold, with 90 in the set. So one of these every 116 cases or so.
Raw I'm guessing I could get $80-$100. In a 10 -- I'm not entirely sure....
