griffey auto experts...real?

Just picked this up on ebay. Dunno what his auto looked like in his younger years but for $3.49 dlvd, i couldnt pass it up...Something just seems authentic about it...What do you guys think? Legit?

    Not an expert, but looks suspect to me. Let's hope you can still eat the chocolate and then it's not as bad of a deal. image

    In my experience, his early autographs look much like his current autos. This one looks suspect to me. But I am by no means an expert. I base my opinions on the two autos I got from him in person at the 1992 All Star Game and the 1994 Royals game when he got on the bus quickly after the game to watch the OJ Simpson chase on the tvs on the bus.
