crossover and the population report

when you crossover a card from lets say gai to bgs or bgs to psa does it show up in the population report? I ask because I crossed a card from psa to bgs and it didn't end up in the report.

    I can only speak for the from BGS to PSA part, I would say yes it does, as for the other examples that you gave and ask for I have no idea.

    I crossed a psa 10 nolan ryan 1986 topps to a bgs 9.5 and it didn't show up in their pop report

    BGS is behind in updating the pop reports, the answer is yes though
