MC019 eBay Listing Removed: Item is significantly misrepresented (362950188) ???????????????????????

Why on earth would anybody report this listing? Nothing was wrong with it!

"Questionable authenticity" on a PSA graded card? Give me a break eBay!

item number 280454495119 (not that it makes much of a difference anyway)

    1/1 is likely the violation.

Unless an item is OOAK, it cannot be 1/1.

    Yep, it's the 1/1 designation
Too many listers abusing it, ebay will sometimes (not always) remove a listing if it says 1/1
It happened to me about 3 years ago
    Vlad's right - pop. 1 will work

I think you are just a victim of ebay searching out the term 1/1 in titles, it got pretty crazy a few years ago with people spamming 1/1 for jersey numbers or unique patch cards, etc. I believe the card needs to serial #'d 1/1 to be able to use the 1/1 notation... I doubt it was because you were reported by someone but more likely a Ebay employee caught it in their search, Pop 1 shouldn't give you any trouble...

Thanks everyone, had no idea they would remove it for 1/1

Ebay has routinely ended auctions for the past three years now on listings with 1/1 in the title box if the card is not itself serial numbered 1/1.

I was told by an ebay rep that the correct way to list it is : pop 1 , as Vlade pointed out.

Some sellers still slip some by the ebay police and their stupid rules however.

  • Evening,
Yes they will in fact, found out through personal experience last year, had several removed same way, due to 1/1. Removed 1/1, relisted, they sold fine.

I like how ebay has time to remove listings like this one, but has no problem allowing known scammers to operate with impunity
