It was pretty ballsy of them to release material with MLB trademarks and logos in the picture. Maybe we can more opinions, but I believe the law should extend to logos and trademarks contained in the images.

Worth a lot-probably not
I think the better cards might be worth a bit more but that's only speculating that a recall could occur since so many boxes have been opened already.

Topps’ exclusivity begins on January 1, 2010.
The problem is that Ultimate Collection was released January 26th. The law doesn't care what year number you upper deck applied to the set, only that it was released after the exclusivity date.
It also looks like Upper Deck is having financial problems since they still owe $2.4m to MLBP.
Better turn in your redemptions now before the close the doors at Sea Otter Place!
