eBay question - after FVF refund, can buyer neg?

I don't think they can, after your report it unpaid....is that right Stown or someone? Anyway, just to make sure, a buyer can't leave feedback after you report it unpaid, and then report it again to get the FVF back right? Have a buyer I just filed and got my FVF back....who also just threatened me with a neg. (At least dropping the low dollar items should get rid of most of these type of buyers).

  • If they respond to the NPB claim, they can still leave feedback. If the case is closed with no response from the buyer, the buyer can not leave FB.
  • they can leave you a neg, but I think you will be able to get ebay to remove it especially if the buyer threatened you with negative fb.
please let us all know who we should put on our BBL list. image

    Unlikely.

A "buyer" that states he will NEG a seller if the seller does not do what
the seller is required to do by EBAY/PayPal, is not making a "threat." He
is simply stating his position in the matter and stating what action he
will take if the seller does not act accordingly.

An "extortionate threat" is ONLY found if a "buyer" demands that the seller
do that which he would NOT otherwise be required or inclined to do absent
    the threat.

"Refund my money or I'll NEG you" is not extortionate.

"You acted unprofessionally and were rude during the payement process.
If you do not cancel this transaction immediately, I will leave NEG FB," is
    not extortionate.

"Give me the item free or I will NEG you," IS extortionate.

"Give me free-shipping or I will NEG you," IS extortionate.

    .........

The most common NEG-escape is found in the words used by the "buyer"
    to respond to the NPB.

When properly parsed, those words can often be shown NOT to comply
    with EBAY's TOS.
