1835 Bust Dime Attribution

Hi all,
This is my first post and I was hoping somebody could help me attribute this 1835 bust dime. It is graded by PCGS as VF25, do you agree?
I was also wondering where I could acquire a copy of the "Early United States Dimes" book.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
