1923 S Peace Dollar-Get It Graded?

I just started digging up a bunch of Peace dollars i have had for a very long time and am trying to decide which ones to send in for grading.Hows this one look?

    Thats a nice looking coin with nice tone, especially on the reverse.

    I think it'd get an AU 55 and would look great in a Dansco.

    IMHO, for a common coin, like a 1923-S Peace Dollar, to be worth the grading fees, it should at least have a shot at MS-65. With the bagmarks and signs of circulation, I would say this coin doesn't have a chance- save your grading $ for a nicer one...
