Delisting a Coin after Crossover

I was wondering if there is a way to "delist" a coin from PCGS or NGC after it was once graded by them, "cracked open" and re-submitted to the other grading service.
The idea is not to have the population report include this coin as well as the cross-over company pop report thus creating a double count of the same coin.
If there is a process for this, it would be helpful knowing about it.
Thank you.
