I close my eyes and still see spotted Lincolns

Searched a tremendous amount of the 2009 Business Strike Lincoln's and this MS67 must have missed the Mint bath or spot adding steps.

Woke up to see that PCGS set up 2 Lincoln Commemorative sets

Lincoln Cents Commemorative Series, Satin Finish (2009)
And
Lincoln Cents Commemorative Series, Circulation Strikes (2009)

We have one for Satin Finish and one for Circulation Strike than why would the Circulation Strike set also allow Satin Finish coins??? I was hoping that PCGS would get it right from the get go so let's see if they can fix it

Maybe we need the 3rd set "Complete" which includes Satin and Circulation??

My SP68's that Tazmic made fit nice.
I gave up on the Business coins because of those spots only got two MS66RD's left.
