1885-CC S$1 MS65*(star) NGC - A brilliant, super flashy full gem example of this scarce CC date. Well struck with full details and blast white except for a trace of gold color at the rims. The fields are semi-prooflike to prooflike, a strong candidate for a full PL designation. There are minor wisps, but they do not distract any positive qualities. Designated with a "star" by NGC.
