The question was asked once, how do fakes get to ebay?

i responded to this thread a while ago but couldnt find it, i mentioned that people take them to their local auction houses , people buy them thinking there real, then there they end up on ebay,, well, i read once , in another thread, theres a guy in pennsylvania that had a day in court, cant find it now but i was looking over some auctions online and ran across this seller who has an auction house, hes out of PA and has quite the collection of high end cards, they offer no guarantees to the valitity of them,, what do you guys think? could this be the same guy?,, if there real its quite the find, way past my means,,,bj

Listing the NM or MT catalog value after a card doesn't mean the example for sale is NM or MT. I'd guess that the '50s stuff from the first batch of listed cards is all low grade.
