Has anyone seen the possible new way of feedback on Ebay?

The last couple of items I have bought in the last couple weeks have had this type of feedback? I don't like it but what do you think?

I just left feedback today for some items, but I've never seen that form. They must have done it for a select group.

I think that would make it so annoying for the satisfied customers that only the ticked off customers would be leaving feedback.

Agreed- there is definitely going to be a selection bias with that set-up.

Ebay has never figured out how to make the feedback system 'work'. What they need to do is weight each feedback according to a) the final price of the item, and b) according to how many transactions the buyer has conducted. A + feedback from a buyer with a rating of 15000 on a $2500 purchase should mean much, much more than a + from a 6 feeback bidder on a $3 purchase. Until they weight it, they won't have a very accurate gauge for determining who should be rewarded with FVF discounts and other perks.

That looks like the feedback screen I've been getting for 2 months now. I see this once for each mass bunch of feedback I leave.

I get that occasionally, and it pisses me off! image

I don't have time to go through all that to leave feedback. If they go to that permanently, I would imagine it would kill feedback as a viable method of determining a seller's worth.

I've gotten that a few times. I just fill it out then go on and give orthodox feedback, too.
