What would you do? Feel the Negs Comin' !!!

Morning,
E-Bayer goes in my store buys $40 worth of Hollywood Photos, has one Feedback, name Qung Po or some such. Pays the $43 dollar Invioce, address is in Methesda MD.
Then E-Mails me and says don't send she has another address to send it to. I wait a couple of hours and get second e-mail saying wait. I think about it and answer her that no I will only send to the Address tied to the PayPal address..period.
She e-mails back can I cancel transaction and re-invoice with an address to China.
Needless to say...I tell her No, I will be sending the item to the Paypal address.
So I call E-Bay and tell them that I have a potential Scam starting and I want it documented because I feel the Negs coming on. They tell me the party line, I have two options, Cancel the transactions and ask for the mutual cancel thing, and pray, and they can still Neg me, or send the item and they can still Neg them.
Well if I am taking the Negs I am getting the money at least. I will be sending to the Bethesda MD address with DC!

If you send it, they can still just do a CC chargeback down the road and you are screwed and since they have low feedback they would not care.
Your right, Didn't think about the CC Chargeback.
I will cancel the transaction later today, am hoping they have the gonads to send me an e-mail threatening me with the negs, that is the only way e-bay would remove them (The Negs to Me).

I'd be *VERY* suspeciious of this transaction!

Your missing it, the Paypal is registered to the MD address, she wants ME to send the items to some second random address in China.

BTW, have you checked her eBay contract info? Is it accurate? If not, getting her NARUed will end your problem.
I would also be on the phone to PayPal suggesting that they have a hacked account to deal with.
