I want PCGS or Older NGC holders- I want at least 65 Red on all of them and when plausible I want 66 red on the rest. I have silver, gold, and numismatics to trade-

I have all these above in raw form but in most cases it is not worth submitting unless I have sure 66/67's. Of course the P mints in the late 40's and early 50's I would like to get in 65 but if you have 66's that you want to trade fairly then I am open to that. I will be using recent auction history (last 6 months) as my foundation for what I want to pay.
