Paypal question

A buyer paid me with an e-Check. It wasn't honored by his bank. PayPal "redeposited' it. Meanwhile, the buyer has been NARU'd.

How many times will PayPal keep this up? Or, shall I just anticipate an early Groundhog Day?

Can I do something to put a stop to the redeposits?

Unless PP has figured out how to make money on the redeps,
it should only be tried twice.

If you file a NPB fast, your FVF should be refunded almost instantly,
based on the guys NARU status.
