Anyone know cnotes10000 on ebay?

He has listed lots of Nolan Ryan PSA 10's this week and im interested in 1 of them. Scans are not the best
and no backside scans. Just wondering if any knows or has dealt with him?

    That username rings a bell. If I am not mistaken, this is the guy that bought my 1993 Topps Finest Nolan Ryan PSA 10 (pop 4 at the time) for $2,200+.

    Mine was just the regular Finest, that's why I was so shocked at the final price. I just checked his completed listings and he has sold a bunch more Ryan PSA 10's.

    Bought a card from cnotes10000 about 12 days ago. No card yet, no notice of shipment, and no response to emails so far.
    From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.

    I'm going on about a week, I keep checking him for negs. Have you tried sending him an email?

    I won three PSA 10 Nolan Ryans from him on Jan 24th and haven't heard a thing since sending payment.

    I keep looking for any new feedback for him, and so far there's been nothing.

    I hope we all don't end up regretting it.

    Oh good, I feel a whole lot better knowing I'm not the only one waiting on him. He must not be too concerned about his stars.
    From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.

    I added the Ryan PSA 10 to my registry, if I dont get this card which I paid for in full,
    what can I do down the road if someone tries to add it to thier registry set? anything at all?

    That's an interesting question...

    Legally, you obtained ownership of the card the second you paid for it. PSA however, requires you to actually have the card "in hand" before adding it to your registry.

    I'm just not sure what recourse you'd have.

    (when I say "you", I do of course mean "all of us", since there are several of us in this boat together image )

    Then again, if any of us end up getting our money back, then we no longer own the card, and have no right to have it in our registry.

    I haven't. Personally, I like to wait at least two weeks before raising a flag. So, if I haven't heard anything by next Monday, I'll initiate contact efforts.

    Here's the information contained in the emails I received from ebay after winning my three auctions:

    AGOURA HILLS, CA 91376 United States

    Also, judging by his email address on my paypal transaction, it looks like he's affiliated with Beckman Industries in Newbury Park CA. Their phone number is (805) 375-3003.

    i bought a couple of 1966 psa 10's from his three years ago or so. at that time there was no problem getting my cards.

    hopefully the results are the same for you.

    Notwithstanding any contrary statute or custom, the hybrid sales-scheme of EBAY/PayPal
    dictates that "ownership" passes upon delivery of the contracted item to the buyer.

    Neither the timing nor method of payment alters that principle.

    Thus, it is risky to place a "purchased" card in any registry until that card is in hand.

    He hasn't had any feedback as a seller since May of 2008? ...and he racked up 99 sales on Jan 24th -26th... I hope he's just busy packing up items and sorting through his auctions... Good Luck Guys!

    I did not get anything from him today. But I see BU Reljac says he got something Fed Ex, I won't get anything delivered that way because I use a PO box. He never asked for a physical address, so I hope he was smart enough not send something to a PO box via Fed Ex.

    Nothing showed up at my house today and I also have a po box. I work for fedex and nothing showed up here for me as well.
    Twice I asked for tracking and didnt get a number from. We are still not in the clear.

    I got the card I ordered. The package was overnighted with his business as the return address. Fortunately for me, the Fed Ex guy found my address as he had the street number listed incorrectly.

    It was the 1994 topps one that has eluded me.

    I laughed.... not a card worthy of being overnighted or fed ex'd. Definitely should've been bubble mailer material.

    You've really got to push for me to leave a negative, so he does have at least one more day. I emailed him again, still no response. Also nice how he waits close to two weeks before he sends the item.

    Well I haven't got any kind of response from this guy. I would have have been a little less on edge if he would have at least messaged me to say when my card was arriving too. Although I did get one email saying it would be here last Friday, wrong. Let me know if anyone actually gets their cards Monday. No card or contact by tomorrow from him and his 100% feedback drops down a bit.

    sold him some real high dollar cards a few years back. he is legit , he ahs never sold to my recollection and doubt he needs the money which is probably why it is not at the top of his priorities and why he is too worried about his stars.
