Opinion on 1915 Phillies-Braves Program

Anyone know much about this sort of thing? A friend who's a Phillies fan and a very new collector is interested. He tends to hit BIN's without doing much research, so I have no idea if this is a good deal or a bad one.

Regardless of it being from 1915, $300 seems a bit high for a non-World Series program that has writing, stains, and a pinhole.

I'd say more in the $125 to $175 range.
