roenick is right their goaltending doesn't look like they will lead them to a cup, what goalie is on the block for them to get?

well Roenick would know...he's been on several Cup winning teams...

    GAA
    1. Antti Niemi-CHI 1.99
    2. Ryan Miller-BUF 2.06
    3. Tuukka Rask-BOS 2.14
    4. Evgeni Nabokov-SJS 2.17
    5. Martin Brodeur-NJD 2.17
    6. Semyon Varlamov-WSH 2.21
    7. Jimmy Howard-DET 2.23
    8. Miikka Kiprusoff-CGY 2.25
    9. Cristobal Huet-CHI 2.26
    10. Roberto Luongo-VAN 2.27

as for who is/might be available, Jaroslav Halak would likely be the only worthwhile option.

and btw, how did Fleury work out for the Pens last season?

    MA Fleury '08-'09
    2.60 GAA, .908 SV%

    C.Huet '09-'10
    2.26 GAA, .904 SV%

just saying...check out Osgood's numbers from the Swedish Elite Red Wings Cup seasons too. (96-'97 - 2.30/.910). You don't need an elite goalie to win, especially when you have a team who leads the league in shots allowed per game, plays suffocating defense, routinely dominates time of possession, and can't be matched in speed by any other team. Oh and they're doing this all the while missing their best player(Hossa) for 2 months, and their #2 C (Bolland) for the entire year. If you can trade for Vokoun...make it happen, otherwise step away from the ledge.

I'll bet over 1/2 of the teams in the league wished that they had the same goalie "woes" that the Hawks do...
