  • I just had a situation like this. I was suppose to get a Lefty Gomez auto BV 300 instead i got a box of star trek cards that he sold for 50. I eventually got my card back.

I don't know what sells more but what if you were the person that bid on the carter auto and got the Kobe auto. I would try to get your Bryant auto, thats what is right.
WANTED HIGH END KIRBY PUCKETT STUFF.
  • I would complain. That' the auto where vc is in his camo right? It goes for around 75$, But still....kobe auto for vc auto.....HELL NO!!
If you like vc more than kobe then I wouldn't complain, But I like paying what I paid for~not what the seller decides to give me!!
  • it looks like he sent me the card someone else won. this transaction has been a pain in the rear though, i don't want to have to do any more mailing with guy. i'll wait for him to email me back and see what's up. but for now it's for trade!

Your an idiot, do you relize how much trouble having it "for trade" you will get??? Man, do what's right. Doing this WILL ruin your rep., as it have other people in similar cases. I know in another post I talked to you about "ruining your rep", I am probably annoying you by now too. If anything, don't trade it until the seller contacts you/until you get this problem resolved!

  • Your not annoying me. I believe you are just a kid, if I'm not mistaking. I would not trade the card until, everything is cleared up. I doubt I'll ruin my rep, I am a respected sell on ebay, and dealer. I like to argue about sports, I'm opinionated, and enjoy arguments, if that hurts my rep. that's to bad. If ya don't like me buddy, that's alright, I'm sure they're are many others...anyways thanks for your insightfull advice.

"it's for trade" I was partly being sarcastic, but I will spell out, kidding or sarcaism for you in the rest of my posts.

You ashould get what you paid for. Keep the card until he sends you the correct card. Tell him to send it certified also. Something smells kinda fishy to me. Then think about the deal as someone not envolved and decide who's fault it was that this all happened. If it is your fault so be it and accept whatever feedback he gives you. IF it was his fault ask him to leave you feedback then give him a negative after he does, so he can't give you a neg that you didn't deserve. If it is the fault of the both of you then either don't leave feedback or leave a neutral. If need be you can cancel a check or money order if he sends you the wrong item. IF you sent a money order and he doesn't send then file mail charges. Also check his feedback and ask the person who was supposed to receive the card that you did if he received the bryant hardcourt.

  • He already left me positive feedback. I just give him the benefit of doubt, that it was an honest mistake...I'll see when I get an email back. I don't really mind keeping it, I'll just re-sell it and re-buy a kobe, if the carter sells for enough. Yeah, it wasn't my fault. Everyone is so weird about leaving feedback, I will leave negitive feedback even if it means I get one, people on there have to toughen up and get rid of the non-paying bidders. Already emailed him, saying he might have sent the wrong cards to the wrong people, but the card came with a slip that said, kobe hardcourt auto, I don't think they are easily confused.

    thanks for the help.

WHAT I WAS REALLY LOOKING TO FIND OUT THOUGH, IS THIS A GOOD CARD? WORTH KEEPING? BV? I'VE SEEN IT SELL FOR $125, WONDERING IF IT HAS SOLD LOWER?
