I even think that the 64SMS coins I have seen do get the designation.

64's have 72% with FS, but none of the 65-67 out of thousands have an FS designation.

This has been brought up... again and again.
Interesting isn't it how the 65 - 67's aren't designated, when all the rest are, including the 64.
In this case, once the decision was made, the Gods have decided not to ever fix the problem. IMHO, it will probably take a few more decades before it gets fixed.
Good news... you can sometimes find them already TPG graded with full steps and no designation for the change in your pocket and since most of the top 3 TPG's don't designate (check pop reports to figure out which one does) raw coins are also out there if you search for them.
But please don't hunt for them... I'd like to own them all.
