Not sure on value, but the second is from the inaugural Bavarian state trade show for industry & art (or something to that effect). It seems to be just a souvenir piece (Errinerung an.. = in remembrance of). I'm guessing the value isn't terribly high since I see a white metal version here in pretty decent shape for only €11. Interesting nonetheless. Here's a drawing of the pavilion shown on the medal, also from the 82 show and I saw mention of postcards and other ephemera from it. A quick scan of google indicates that the expo was held a few other times too, but I don't know if it was annual or what (I see 1896 & 1906 at least). And the official site for the city of Nuremberg deemed it worthy a mention on their historical timeline. On a side note, this seems like the sort of thing Goetz might have attended (in later years, of course).

edit - I'm not seeing anything specific on the first medal, but there's a wikipedia page on the expo. I've come to expect most minor French medals from that time to sell in the $10 +/- price range.
