Another ID you may want to add to your BBL (Blocked Bidder List): h.r.alford

I get a message today (01/22) from PayPal that there is a CC chargeback against my account with a reason of unauthorized charge. Luckily I used PayPal shipping with DC so I can show proof of delivery to the PayPal listed address and it does show the item was delivered. Additionally, the buyer left positive feedback stating that the item was delivered. The auction the item was listed under was dated Nov 22nd and paid for that same date, exactly two months ago. If this doesn't have scammer written all over it, I don't know what does.

A lot of "honest" citizens pull this carp after the holiday bills start
pouring in.

The DC is the primary SP-compliance evidence.

The FB is auxilary evidence, but it is never dispositive.

You will prevail in the claim.

Unauthorized Use is a claim that is not much discussed here, but
it is actually the most common claim in a CC-chargeback.
