Ebay shippers - why would they think it's a good idea...

to ship a large lot of cards unsecured in a plain 720 card box? I bought some big lots thinking it would be a good way at a chance for some cheap PSA 10 barkleys (regardless of the year/manufacturer). One seller charged $13 for shipping, and absolutely every card had some level of touch in the same corner since the cards had so much comfy breathing room. Argh. I rarely if ever return items...today, I fight for my buyers rights, damm!t.
Looking for rare Randy Moss rookies and autos, as well as '97 PMG Red Football cards for my set.
