1969 Topps Basketball Rulers

When did psa start grading these? Are they considered tall boys as they surely are oversized.
A seller had some on ebay and a psa 8 frazier went for more than a psa 8 regular card.....
Are these actually in the pop repoprt and SMR/

Nothing on them in SMR. I agree that they must be tall boys, or more likely, supersized.

Just checked and saw a few on eBay (they aren't mine)
here is 1 of the scans.
The seller has small scans, but at least you can get an idea how the slab looks.

Okay, that seller gets the prize for highest ratio of slab size to image size (I think it's about 5,000 to 1).

Also have a number of very nice rulers just as nice....
I had no idea they were worth that much...now I'm kicking myself in the butt as I sold some a while ago..
Now that PSA grades them I might send some out when I join again this year

The rulers are 2-1/2" x 9-7/8". Using that as a guide, the slab pictured is minimally 5.4" x 11.6" (that's the physical size of the image--the slab looks like it extends outside of the scan).
