Does PSA grade Topps Proof cards or panels?

Any idea or thoughts? If no, why?

    Hi

I'm not an expert on what PSA does but I know they've branched over the years and if they can fit it into a holder, there's a better chance they will accept it.

My understanding is that they - now - accept "proofs" but they won't assign a grade - only mark them as "authentic."

Panels - depends on how big? The T3 holder will accept a card 5 3/4 x 8" - so if the panel fits within that size - it's possible that PSA will "authenticate" but I don't think they'll grade it? Not sure on the panel vs the proof.

I recommend ya give PSA a call.
