'88 Star question

I collect Puckett and I just saw some 88 Star "glossy" just pop up on the master set. I had no idea that Star could come in both a "glossy" and regular. Anybody else know of the '88 Star "glossy?"

Of course my membership just expired in the last couple weeks so I'm kicked out of the online pop reports or I'd just check this out myself.....

I've not heard of the '88 Star Glossy either. There are a few in the Pop Rpt. (PM sent)

Looks like Puckett is the only player that has Glossy cards... at leasy according to the Pop Report... weird.

I thought PSA did not grade STAR company cards? Is it only basketball they wont grade? Grade em all or grade none!

yankee - baseball wasn't reprinted years later. Some basketball was.

Yup,unfortunately there was a "second printing" of some sort with basketball years after.
