SOLD! What was IT? How MUCH?

Just my thoughts on this... I would like to see the original coin(s) and the asking price(s) or offers left here on the BST. I keep track of items of interest and the selling prices of the coins I want. I hate clicking on a BST thread and seeing the item listed as sold with no details. If I have been out of town for a few days and don't check in, I might never know if it was an Ancient Roman, German Coin, Mexican 8 Reales or a Panda sold or traded. PLEASE! If you sell or swap something, leave the original post up with the photos and asking price so at the very least I/we have an idea of what the current market value might be like.
What is everyone elses thoughts on this?

Agree, but with the understanding that some buyers may either wish to remain unknown or in cases where the buyer is obviously known it would be at the buyer's discretion to have the sale price posted (especially in cases where an offer price is involved).

You are right walmann - I do not think there is any need to share the sale price out of respect for both parties, but simply keeping the original post with the original asking price would be nice for other members to see.

I agree. That's something that's always driven me nuts.... people removing the original asking price.
